Troy, MI — Since its official launch in late 2022, the Silver Snap-Tool from RA Automotive Software Solutions has established itself as the most successful solution for the California Clean Truck Check (CTC) program.

The Silver Snap-Tool solution comes with the Pre-Check Viewer and the Silver Snap-Tool Portal monitoring feature. Now, the Portal is equipped with new, user-friendly monitoring and self-service functions. They enhance autonomy and flexibility in day-to-day operations, e.g.:
- Scalable backend and cloud developments provide truck owners and fleet managers with greater ownership and transparency. Thus, they can optimize their operational efficiency when managing CTC inspections in accordance with California Air Resources Board (CARB) requirements.

California Clean Air Initiatives
The California Clean Truck Check program is a cornerstone of the state’s strategy to reduce heavy-duty vehicle emissions. Applicable to diesel and alternative fuel vehicles over 14,000 pounds GVWR, it ensures ongoing emissions compliance through regular testing and online reporting to CARB.
